Mango lassi!

VEGAN. NO ADDED SUGAR.


Make chilled, delicious, nutrient dense vegan mango lassi with this easy recipe : 

If you want to make your lassi vegan, here is a version that is free of dairy, refined sugar and preservatives.

Recipe serves 3
Ingredients : 

• 30g TNB Plant milk base
• 1 frozen mango
• 220ml water
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 medium ripe frozen banana
• cardamom 

Note : frozen fruit makes it smooth so we recommend it strongly.
Method : blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.

Benefits of this beverage : 

Healthy fats from Almonds and Coconut (from TNB Plant milk base) help with satiety.       These are great for hormone health, too. 
Mango is loaded with vitamins and minerals.
Cardamom is great for digestion
