1. To a blender, add :
- 1/4th of a small watermelon (diced)
- 1 scoop (30g) of TNB Vegan Pea Protein Powder
2. Blend till done. No need to sieve.
3. Pour and devour.
This drink is :
- 24g high quality, plant based protein
- Good hydration because watermelon is about 92% water
- Naturally sweet and low calorie
We have tried adding it into our Almond flour Pancakes batter. You could explore that, too.
